Bio I am a 66 year old mother of 3, a grandmother of 2, graduated from college at the age of 50, and caretaker of a chronically ill husband with CLL. The blogs are my window to a world that I would not otherwise see - I've enjoyed talking to people all over the globe.
I love Art in all its forms - I've painted water color portraits for friends and relatives; and on my blog there's one I sent to Norway. I'm a Civil War buff and listen to the Ken Burns tapes when I paint.
The Spanish language is one of the loves of my life - and was one of my majors in college along with Elementary Education. Children have been a joy in my life, and are my favorite subjects for portraits.
